Sesame Coriander Dressing
Share
This vibrant green dressing offers an alternative to your standard dressings with more nutrients, Vitamins A, C, K, and folate.
This has a great amount of dietary fibre which aids in digestion.
Some sesame seeds for body, and rice wine vinegar for acidity, use this as a dressing to slaws, on burgers, taco topping, a marinade, or a cold soba noodle salad dressing.

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of washed Streamside Coriander
- 1 large clove of garlic (or two small cloves)
- 1 Tbspn of Sesame oil
- 2 Tbspns of sunflower oil
- 2 Tbspns of toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbspn of rice wine vinegar
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- Pinch of salt
- Teaspoon of golden soy sauce
- Teaspoon of runny honey
Directions:
- In a Nutri bullet or small blender add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- I like to use this on a coleslaw made out of all of Streamsides amazing vegetables.
- You can cut the carrots, radishes, yellow carrots and white carrots and orange carrots and apples into batons for extra crunch!
- Use whatever cabbage you received that week, silverbeet stems and for an aromatic addition add some fennel.
