Can I pick up my box from the farm? Yes! Select 'Farm Pickup' as your delivery method at checkout. How do I order a box to pick up at the Farmers' Markets? Simply select 'Farm Pickup' at checkout, then email veggies@streamsideorganics.co.nz with your order number to let us know when you'd like to collect. Do I need to be at home to receive my order? Nope - our couriers will leave your box at the door or in a safe spot of your choosing. Why can't I order for my preferred delivery day? If you have selected your preferred delivery day, and there are no options showing underneath, then you have missed the cut-off for orders this week. Try selecting another delivery day. Next week's boxes are uploaded every Wednesday. Why can't I get Bellbird Bread delivered outside of Christchurch? For deliveries that are outside of Christchurch, your box will already be on route to you before the bread arrives to us for packing. Do you reuse the boxes? Yes - If your box is in reusable condition you can leave it out (flattened) on your next delivery day and our couriers will return them to us for another go around. Is everything organic? Unless clearly stated otherwise, everything is certified organic. We are AsureQuality certified, and our certification number is #1444 If something isn't certified it will be identified as 'Spray Free'. Though it isn't certified as organic, it hasn't come into contact with any nasty chemical fertilisers or pesticides. Am I guaranteed to get everything I order? Range is subject to availability on the day. We will do everything we can to fulfil your order, but the nature of farming means we can't guarantee it. If we are unable to supply an item in your box we will swap it for a similar item of equal or higher value. If you are ever unhappy with the swap just let us know and we'll credit you, no worries. TUESDAY Delivery: (Christchurch City, Christchurch to Timaru, Christchurch to Amberley (excludes Governors Bay to Purau)) Orders close at 10.30am on Sunday. THURSDAY Delivery: All Delivery routes. (Wanaka and QT, order for Thursday - delivered Friday) Orders close at 10.30am on Tuesday. SATURDAY Delivery: (Christchurch Urban + Lyttleton, Mt Pleasant, Sumner) Orders close Thursday 10.30am. Shipping rates determined by postcode and displayed at checkout. Deliveries will be made throughout the day up until 9.00pm in the evening. Please do not contact us to ask about delivery time until after 9.00pm. We do not deliver to most RD, check with us first if you live in a Rural Delivery area. We do not deliver to Business Addresses as our boxes often arrive outside of working hours.
How do I subscribe to your weekly veggie boxes? Signing up is simple! Just head to the product page and select the subscription option. From there, you can choose between weekly or fortnightly deliveries. What can I expect in my veggie box each week? Our boxes are filled with a variety of fresh, organic produce that changes based on seasonal availability. Can I customise the contents of my box? Absolutely! We understand that preferences vary, so we offer you the flexibility to customise your box each week. Whether you want to swap out certain items or add more of your favourites, it's entirely up to you. What if I need to pause or cancel my subscription? No problem at all! You have full control over your subscription and can pause or cancel anytime without any commitments or worries. How do I manage my subscription? Managing your subscription is easy. Simply log in to your account on our website, where you can make changes to your delivery frequency, update your payment information, or adjust your box contents. What should I keep in mind when subscribing to a 'Custom Box'? If you've opted for a 'Custom Box,' please remember to check your order each week before the charge date. Availability changes may affect the contents of your box. When will my subscription order be processed? Subscription orders are processed three days prior to the delivery date. Make sure your payment method is up to date to avoid any interruptions in service.

You will find us every weekend at Farmers Markets around Christchurch. This is how we started selling our vegetables to you and we look forward to seeing your shining faces each time. Your support come rain and shine is inspirational and even though the winter can be cold, dark and wet, and the summer hot, bright and windy, we still make it each and every time to present our veggies to you, to chat about how you cook them, to discuss organics, growing, recipes, and to get to know you more each week. Our faces may come and go and Dominique and Logan are guest appearances (it is always so great to have them at the market but they are busy farmers growing the tasty veggies). You'll notice we have an array of seasonal fruit available to add to your boxes, as well as Bellbird Bread on a Thursday(for those in Christchurch). Whilst we'd love to be baking bread and growing fruit trees, for now we're sticking to what we're good at! We have a long standing partnership with Ashley River Organics who supply us with many varieties of apples and pears as well as their delicious juices. Our friends at Bellbird Baked Goods bake an amazing array of bread. They use organic and spray free flour all sourced here in Canterbury. Based on customer feedback, we have begun to source a wider variety of fruit from other organic growers around NZ. Unless stated otherwise, this fruit is Certified Organic and New Zealand grown. Transforming a 1-acre vision into a sprawling 50-acre organic haven since 2014. Spraying synthetic chemicals onto our food and onto our land never made sense to Dominique and Logan. So, after growing a backyard full of produce for a friend and chef, they decided to go all in. Ten years have passed since then, and that backyard has grown to a working farm with over twenty staff. A lot has changed, but principles and passion still remain. Our dedicated team, led by Dominique and Logan, brings fresh organic produce to your doorstep with our weekly veggie box deliveries. Growing organically means no pesticides or synthetic fertilizers are used in the production of the vegetables. This means we look after our high-quality, nutrient dense soils. We farm with the utmost care and respect. When you buy our vegetables, you are supporting our goal of farming sustainability and in doing so, helping us do our bit for the planet.
