Can I pick up my box from the farm?
Yes! Select 'Farm Pickup' as your delivery method at checkout.
Do you reuse the boxes?
Yes - If your box is in reusable condition you can leave it out (flattened) on your next delivery day and our couriers will return them to us for another go around.
Why can't I order for my preferred delivery day?
If you have selected your preferred delivery day, and there are no options showing underneath, then you have missed the cut-off for orders this week. Try selecting another delivery day. Next week's boxes are uploaded every Wednesday.
Why can't I get Bellbird Bread delivered outside of Christchurch?
For deliveries that are outside of Christchurch, your box will already be on route to you before the bread arrives to us for packing.
Am I guaranteed to get everything I order?
If you have any other questions, please email veggies@streamsideorganics.co.nz and we will be happy to help.
Range is subject to availability on the day. We will do everything we can to fulfil your order, but the nature of farming means we can't guarantee it. If we are unable to supply an item in your box we will swap it for a similar item of equal or higher value. If you are ever unhappy with the swap just let us know and we'll credit you, no worries.
Do I need to be at home to receive my order?
Nope - our couriers will leave your box at the door or in a safe spot of your choosing.
How do I order a box to pick up at the Farmers' Markets?
Simply select 'Farm Pickup' at checkout, then email veggies@streamsideorganics.co.nz with your order number to let us know when you'd like to collect.
Is everything organic?
Unless clearly stated otherwise, everything is certified organic. We are AsureQuality certified, and our certification number is #1444 If something isn't certified it will be identified as 'Spray Free'. Though it isn't certified as organic, it hasn't come into contact with any nasty chemical fertilisers or pesticides.
TUESDAY Delivery:
(Christchurch City, Christchurch to Timaru, Christchurch to Amberley (excludes Governors Bay to Purau)) Orders close at 10.30am on Sunday.
SATURDAY Delivery:
(Christchurch Urban + Lyttleton, Mt Pleasant, Sumner) Orders close Thursday 10.30am.
THURSDAY Delivery:
All Delivery routes. (Wanaka and QT, order for Thursday - delivered Friday) Orders close at 10.30am on Tuesday.
Shipping rates determined by postcode and displayed at checkout.
We do not deliver to most RD, check with us first if you live in a Rural Delivery area. We do not deliver to Business Addresses as our boxes often arrive outside of working hours.
Deliveries will be made throughout the day up until 9.00pm in the evening. Please do not contact us to ask about delivery time until after 9.00pm.

Signing up is simple! Just head to the product page and select the subscription option. From there, you can choose between weekly or fortnightly deliveries.
What if I need to pause or cancel my subscription?
No problem at all! You have full control over your subscription and can pause or cancel anytime without any commitments or worries.

If you've opted for a 'Custom Box,' please remember to check your order each week before the charge date. Availability changes may affect the contents of your box.

When will my subscription order be processed?
Subscription orders are processed three days prior to the delivery date. Make sure your payment method is up to date to avoid any interruptions in service.

Absolutely! We understand that preferences vary, so we offer you the flexibility to customise your box each week. Whether you want to swap out certain items or add more of your favourites, it's entirely up to you.
