Farmers Market Assistant
Briar has organics in her blood, being the sister of Dominique she has seen the process from the start and has had the opportunity to be the taste tester of all things organic veggies.
Being family, this comes with certain obligations, such as jumping in at the last minute to be a fill in for the farmers market stall. Now she is more of a constant presence at the Riccarton and an occasional at the South Christchurch but she is never far away from the veggies.
Having come back from overseas she has almost completed her degree in outdoor education (we might have to wrangle her for a team bonding exercise! White water rafting anyone??)
Whilst we might have a firm hold of her for now, her career could take her in any direction!
